A molecular diagnostics company sought to develop an overarching
brand for three business components representing complimentary products and services. The three components included an offsite lab performing PCR testing; a consulting team working with providers and researchers to set up and manage in-house labs; and a manufacturer of PCR testing supplies, machines, and assays.
Faced with challenges operating in a highly regulated industry,
the client needed a brand and strategy that would allow them to expand nationwide before and after receiving FDA approval for products core to their business.
We partnered with Molecular Designs to help them redefine their value to the market and rebrand the company as a result of M&A activity. We developed a new company vision, mission, values, brand name, and identity. With this complete set of tools that accurately describe the soul of the company,they are uniquely positioned to achieve and communicate their long-term value to the market – simplifying access to molecular diagnostics.
