Highland Homes is an award-winning Texas homebuilder with communities across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
They needed a modern, high-performance CPQ application to replace their outdated Lotus-based system—something fast, accurate, intuitive, and capable of elevating the homebuyer sales experience.
To accelerate alignment and validate the right requirements early, we created a rapid prototype that the sales team could test in real time, gathering immediate feedback to shape functionality, workflows, and UI decisions before full development began.
What We Did
Designed and developed a modern CPQ platform that streamlines the full configure/price/quote workflow for sales consultants and homebuyers.
Created a more fluid and interactive experience, enabling consultants to walk buyers through options, upgrades, and pricing in real time.
Improved quoting accuracy by integrating live pricing, rules engines, and automated validation to eliminate manual errors.
Enabled dynamic change orders with immediate pricing updates, reducing back-and-forth and accelerating decision-making.
Reduced concession expenses by giving sales teams greater clarity and control over pricing, incentives, and upgrades.
Collaborated directly with Highland’s sales, design, and operations teams to ensure the tool aligned with real-world workflows.
Expansion of the technology foundation, opening the door for future enhancements, analytics, and eventual integration with visualization tools or 3D models.
