NewCo is a global software leader that creates tools empowering people to design, engineer, and build the world around them.

From architecture and manufacturing to media and entertainment, NewCo’s platforms connect ideas to execution—helping teams visualize, simulate, and bring complex creations to life through powerful 3D design, engineering, and collaboration technology.

NewCo wanted to maintain the momentum it had built around its human-centered approach to a hybrid-first experience grounded in Autodesk’s employee voices and culture.

NewCo was looking to: 

  • Launch a branded campaign that unifies the Flex Forward programs under a single recognizable brand that facilitates adoption.

  • Launch a campaign to enable meaningful Gathering, co-designed to deliver meaningful activities such as events, training, and a playbook. 

We partnered with the Flex Forward team to build a clear, cohesive brand strategy and identity aligned with NewCo’s vision.

Through collaborative workshops and strategic development, we defined the Flex Forward brand promise, value proposition, positioning, and persona-based messaging framework.

We created a full 2023 marketing and launch plan, a distinct visual identity within NewCo’s brand system, and a suite of campaign assets—including logos, templates, and digital updates for SharePoint and Slack.

The result was a unified, engaging brand platform designed to drive awareness, alignment, and sustained engagement across the organization.
