Hasbro's PULSE web site targets fans and collectors - and this audience wants an immersive, insider, true fan experience.
We conducted grassroots research with some fellow Slalom superfans on what they'd want in an immersive experience and created our take on a concept.
This new iteration incorporated personalization, fan engagement, multi-brand support, cross-sell opportunities, special features for members and offers to drive non-members to become PULSE Super-Fan members.
